Class C Principal Balance definition

Class C Principal Balance means, on any Business Day, an amount equal to the result of (a) $ , plus (b) the aggregate amount of all Class C Incremental Principal Balances for all Class C Incremental Fundings occurring after the Amendment Date and on or prior to that Business Day, minus (c) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to Class C Noteholders after the Amendment Date and on or prior to such date. As applied to any particular Class C Note, the “Class C Principal Balance” means the portion of the overall Principal Balance represented by that Class C Note.
Class C Principal Balance means, with respect to any date, an amount equal to the excess of (a) the sum of (i) the Class C Initial Principal Balance, plus (ii) the aggregate principal amounts of any Additional Class C Principal Amounts advanced pursuant to Section 12.6(a) of the Indenture, over (b) the aggregate amount of any principal payments made to Class C Owners pursuant to the Sale and Servicing Agreement and the Indenture through and including such date.
Class C Principal Balance means as of any date, an amount equal to the initial Class C principal balance less any principal payments previously made on the Class C Notes.
