Committed Purchaser means, with respect to a CP Conduit, each Class B Purchaser identified as a Committed Purchaser for such CP Conduit on the signature pages hereto or in the Transfer Supplement or Joinder Supplement pursuant to which such CP Conduit became a party hereto, and any Assignee of such Class B Purchaser to the extent such Assignee has assumed, pursuant to a Transfer Supplement, the Commitment of such Class B Purchaser.

Committed Purchaser means any Alternate Purchaser or any Non-Conduit Committed Purchaser.

More Definitions of Committed Purchaser

Committed Purchaser means, with respect to each Ownership Group, each financial institution identified as a “Committed Purchaser” for such Ownership Group on Schedule I hereto or in the applicable Transfer Supplement with respect to such Ownership Group pursuant to which such financial institution becomes a “Committed Purchaser” party hereto.

Committed Purchaser means, as to any Purchaser Group, each of the financial institutions listed on Schedule A hereto as a “Committed Purchaser” for such Purchaser Group, or in any Assignment Agreement or Joinder Agreement as a “Committed Purchaser” for the applicable Purchaser Group, together with its respective successors and permitted assigns.

Committed Purchaser means a Person that has committed to purchase a Series of Indenture Notes from HVF from time to time and that finances such purchases with, among other things, the proceeds of commercial paper notes issued by such special purpose company.
