CP Conduit definition
CP Conduit means any limited-purpose entity established to use the direct or indirect proceeds of the issuance of Commercial Paper Notes to finance financial assets.
CP Conduit means a commercial paper conduit, including but not limited to Alpine Securitization LTD, administered, managed or supported by CSFBMC or an Affiliate of CSFBMC.
CP Conduit means any Class B Purchaser which is designated as a CP Conduit on the signature pages hereto or in the Transfer Supplement or Joinder Supplement pursuant to which it became a party to this Agreement; provided, however, that if the entity signing this Agreement or such Transfer Supplement or Joinder Supplement specifies on the related signature page that it is a Conduit Borrower with respect to a financing conduit identified on such signature page, then, with respect to such Class B Purchaser, “CP Conduit” shall mean, collectively, such Conduit Borrower and such specified financing conduit.

Notwithstanding any of the foregoing in this Section 2.1 or any other provision of this Agreement or the other Loan Documents, but without limiting the obligation of any Conduit Support Provider, each Lender that is a CP Conduit shall only be required to make Loans to the extent it has funds available therefor.

CP Conduit means any multi-seller asset-backed commercial paper conduit established to use the direct or indirect proceeds of the issuance of commercial paper notes to finance financial assets and that is a Lender.
CP Conduit means, collectively, such Conduit Borrower and such specified financing conduit.
