Accrual Amount. For each Distribution Date through the Accretion Termination Date and the Accrual Certificates, an amount equal to the sum of (a) Accrued Certificate Interest in respect of the Accrual Certificates in accordance with clause (i) of Section 4.2(a), and (b) amounts allocable to the Accrual Certificates in accordance with clause (ii) of Section 4.2(a), in each case on such Distribution Date.
