Class of Class definition

Class of Class. A Uncertificated Subsidiary Interests shall receive a distribution of principal in an amount equal to the amount of principal distributed to its respective Corresponding Certificate Class pursuant to Section 8.03(a)(6);
Class of Class. A Certificates and the Class B Distribution Amount with respect to each Class of Class B Certificates. In the event that, on any Distribution Date prior to the Final Distribution Date, the Principal Balance of any Class of Class A Certificates (other than the Class A-R Certificate) or the Principal Balance of any Class of Class B Certificates would be reduced to zero, the Master Servicer shall, as soon as practicable after the Determination Date relating to such Distribution Date, send a notice to the Trustee. The Trustee will then send a notice to each Certificateholder of such Class with a copy to the Certificate Registrar, specifying that the final distribution with respect to such Class will be made on such Distribution Date only upon the presentation and surrender of such Certificateholder's Certificates at the office or agency of the Trustee therein specified; provided, however, that the failure to give such notice will not entitle a Certificateholder to any interest beyond the interest payable with respect to such Distribution Date in accordance with Section 4.01(a).

Examples of Class of Class in a sentence

  • Each Class of Class R Certificates shall be issued in registered, certificated form in minimum percentage interests of 20.00% and integral multiples of 0.01% in excess thereof; provided, however, that one Class R Certificate of each Class will be issuable to the REMIC Administrator as "tax matters person" pursuant to Section 10.01(c) in a minimum denomination representing a Percentage Interest of not less than 0.01%.

  • Each Class of Class B Certificates (other than the Class B-1 Certificates) is subordinated to the Class A Certificates, the Class M Certificates and each Class of Class B Certificates having a lower numerical class designation than such Class of Class B Certificates.

  • With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount of the Principal Adjustment, if any, attributable to any Class B Certificates will be allocated to the Classes of Class A Certificates (other than the Class A-PO Certificates) and any Class of Class B Certificates with a lower numerical designation pro rata based on their outstanding Principal Balances.

  • With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount of the Principal Adjustment, if any, attributable to any Class B Certificates will be allocated to the Classes of Class A Certificates and any Class of Class B Certificates with a lower numerical designation pro rata based on their outstanding Principal Balances.

  • All distributions or allocations made with respect to Holders of Certificates of a particular Class on each Distribution Date shall be made or allocated among the outstanding Certificates of such Class in proportion to their respective initial Certificate Balances, in the case of a Class of Principal Balance Certificates, or initial Notional Amounts, in the case of a Class of Class X Certificates, or Percentage Interests, in the case of the Class R Certificates.

  • Any Applied Realized Loss Amounts shall be allocated by the Securities Administrator to the most junior Class of Class M Certificates then outstanding in reduction of the Class Certificate Balance thereof.

  • The Class A Certificates, other than the Class A-5 and Class A-7 Certificates, shall be issuable in minimum dollar denominations of $1,000 and integral multiples of $1 in excess thereof, except that one Certificate of each Class of Class A Certificates may be issued in an amount such that the denomination of such Certificate and the aggregate denomination of all other outstanding Certificates of such Class together equal the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of such Class.

  • Any allocation of the principal portion of Realized Losses (other than Debt Service Reductions) to the Class B Certificates or, after the Certificate Principal Balances of the Class B Certificates have been reduced to zero, to the Class of Class M Certificates then outstanding with the highest numerical designation shall be made by operation of the definition of "Certificate Principal Balance" and by operation of the provisions of Section 4.02(a).

Related to Class of Class

  • Class” or “Classes means any class or classes of Shares as may from time to time be issued by the Company;

  • Subclass With respect to the Class A-V Certificates, any Subclass thereof issued pursuant to Section 5.01(c). Any such Subclass will represent the Uncertificated Class A-V REMIC Regular Interest or Interests specified by the initial Holder of the Class A-V Certificates pursuant to Section 5.01(c).

  • Scheduled Classes As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Voting Classes means Classes 4 and 5.

  • Related Classes As to any Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interest, those classes of Certificates identified as "Related Classes of Certificates" to such Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interest in the definition of Uncertificated REMIC I Regular Interest.

  • Class when used in reference to any Loan or Borrowing, refers to whether such Loan, or the Loans comprising such Borrowing, are Revolving Loans or Swingline Loans.

  • Released Class Claims means the claims being released as described in Paragraph 6.2 below.

  • Class HI B-2 Formula Interest Distribution Amount" means, as to any Payment Date, the sum of (a) the amount specified in clause (a) of the definition of the term "Class HI: B-2 Formula Distribution Amount" and (b) the Unpaid Class HI: B-2 Interest Shortfall, if any.

  • Class H designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Unimpaired Class means an unimpaired Class within the meaning of section 1124 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Class of Notes means each of the Classes of Notes being:

  • Junior Class of Certificates The Class of Subordinate Certificates outstanding as of the date of the repurchase of a Mortgage Loan pursuant to Section 4.07 herein that has the Lowest Priority.

  • Corresponding Classes of Certificates With respect to each REMIC Regular Interest, any Class of Certificates appearing opposite such REMIC Regular Interest in Section 1.03 hereof.

  • Initial Class C Note Balance means $156,670,000.

  • Initial Class Certificate Balance As to each Class of Certificates, the Class Certificate Balance set forth in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Floating Rate Classes The Classes designated as either “Floating Rate” or “Inverse Floating Rate” in the Prospectus Supplement.

  • Class H Certificate means any of the Certificates with a "Class H" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class D Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class D Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class D Notes.
