Aggregate Certificate Principal Balance. The maximum Aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the [ ] Class Certificates that may be executed, authenticated and delivered under the Agreement and this Series Supplement is $_____. The maximum Aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the [ ] Class Certificates that may be authenticated and delivered under the Agreement and this Series Supplement is $_____. In each case such maximum amounts shall be calculated without regard to Certificates authenticated and delivered upon registration of transfer of, or in exchange for, or in lieu of, other Certificates pursuant to Sections 5.3, 5.4, 5.5 or 5.16 of the Agreement.
