Class B-1 Notes definition
Class B-1 Notes. The Class B-1 Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes issued pursuant to this Indenture and having the characteristics specified in Section 2.3.
Class B-1 Notes means any one of the Series 2005-1 Floating Rate Rental Car Asset Backed Notes, Class B-1, executed by HVF and authenticated by or on behalf of the Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-6-1, Exhibit A-6-2 or Exhibit A-6-3. Definitive Class B-1 Notes shall have such insertions and deletions as are necessary to give effect to the provisions of Section 2.13 of the Base Indenture.
Class B-1 Notes. The Class B-1 Notes due March 25, 2036 issued under this Indenture in the original aggregate principal amount set forth in Section 2.02.

Class B-1 Notes means the Class B-1 Notes issued by Party B pursuant to the Indenture.
