Claims Process means the process pursuant to the BIA by which the Trustee will determine the Proven Claims against the Company.
Data Processing shall have the same meaning as set out in the DPA.
processing aid means any substance not consumed as a food ingredient by itself, intentionally used in the processing of raw materials, foods or their ingredients, to fulfil a certain technological purpose during treatment or processing and which may result in the unintentional but technically unavoidable presence of residues of the substance or its derivatives in the final product, provided that these residues do not present any health risk and do not have any technological effect on the finished product;
Claims Administration means the processing of claims made under the Shared Policies, including the reporting of claims to the insurance carriers, management and defense of claims and providing for appropriate releases upon settlement of claims.
Claims Procedure Order means the Order under the CCAA establishing a claims procedure in respect of the Applicant, as same may be further amended, restated or varied from time to time.
secondary processing means concentration or other beneficiation of iron ore other than by crushing or screening and includes thermal electrostatic magnetic and gravity processing and agglomeration, pelletization or comparable changes in the physical character of iron ore;
Processing Plant means plant systems, located on or off the Leased Premises, that include a gas processing plant, natural gasoline plant, gasoline plant, or other plant where raw unprocessed natural gas is processed to remove or extract Raw Mix from the natural gas stream to produce a Pipeline- Quality Natural Gas or Residue Gas and other products, and the Raw Mix is then either (i) separated by fractionation down to its base components prior to storage and/or transport that meets or conforms to all applicable Gas Processors Association (GPA) Standards and/or Specifications for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product, or (ii) transported to another plant for separation down to its base components by fractionation prior to storage and/or transport for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product. Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.
Processing Services means those services, which are necessary to issue a Card and process a transaction in accordance with Government Requirements and the Rules of any System and Regulatory Authority. Such services shall include but not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of the Card and Cardholder Funds, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Cardholder dispute resolution, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.
Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Customer Usage Data. Customer Account Information also includes information received by the Company from the customer for purposes of participating in regulated utility programs, including, but not limited to bill payment assistance, shutoff protection, renewable energy, load management, or energy efficiency.
Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;
Centralized prescription processing means the processing by a pharmacy of a request from another pharmacy to fill or refill a prescription drug order or to perform processing functions such as dispensing, drug utilization review, claims adjudication, refill authorizations, and therapeutic interventions.
Rehabilitation counseling services means services provided by qualified personnel in individual or group sessions that focus specifically on career development, employment preparation, achieving independence, and integration in the workplace and community of a student with a disability. The term also includes vocational rehabilitation services provided to a student with disabilities by vocational rehabilitation programs funded under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.
Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.
Urgent Care means medical care or treatment where application of the time periods for making non-urgent care decisions could 1) seriously jeopardize the insured’s life, health or ability to regain maximum function or 2) in the opinion of a physician with knowledge of the insured’s medical condition, would subject the insured to severe pain that cannot be adequately managed without the care or treatment. The determination of whether care is Urgent Care is to be made by an individual acting on behalf of the Plan applying the judgment of a prudent layperson who possesses an average knowledge of health and medicine. The determination can also be made by a physician with knowledge of the insured’s medical condition.
Data Processing Agreement means the data processing agreement located at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/[countrycode]/legal/dpa, where “[countrycode]” means the two-letter abbreviation for the country where your Stripe Account is located.
Direct care means medical services, nursing services, or medically-related social services provided to a resident.
Secondary emissions means emissions which occur as a result of the construction or operation of a major stationary source or major modification, but do not come from the major stationary source or major modification itself. For the purposes of this chapter, “secondary emissions” must be specific, well-defined, and quantifiable, and must impact the same general areas as the stationary source modification which causes the secondary emissions. “Secondary emissions” includes emissions from any offsite support facility which would not be constructed or increase its emissions except as a result of the construction or operation of the major stationary source or major modification. “Secondary emissions” does not include any emissions which come directly from a mobile source, such as emissions from the tailpipe of a motor vehicle, from a train, or from a vessel.
Counseling services means services provided by qualified social workers, psychologists, guidance counselors, or other qualified personnel.

Complaints Procedure means the School's procedure for handling complaints from parents, as amended from time to time for legal or other substantive reasons, or in order to assist the proper administration of the School. It does not form part of the contract between you and the School. A copy of the most up-to-date procedure is on the School's website and is otherwise available from the School at any time upon request;
Inpatient care means treatment for which the insured person has to stay in a hospital for more than 24 hours for a covered event.
Customer Service means Company’s customer service telephone service department or representatives.
