Claimant Resident definition

Claimant Resident means a person with respect to whom a Proprietor makes an Application and claims a Rebate.

  • In the event that the matching process conducted at least annually with the agencies described in Item 1 above produces a negative result for a Customer or Claimant Resident, the Retailer must notify the Customer in writing to give the Customer the opportunity to show that the Customer has a valid and current entitlement with the agency before the Rebate ceases to be given.

  • Handling of complaints If a Customer or a Claimant Resident (“Complainant”) alleges that the Retailer (or any of its employees, agents, contractors or subcontractors): has breached the privacy obligations owed to the Complainant in respect of or in connection with this Agreement; or has otherwise failed to comply with this Agreement with respect to the Complainant, the Retailer must handle the complaint in accordance with the Australian Standard.

  • Claimants means any Persons who have submitted a Claim to the Receiver or to the Joint Liquidators.

  • Designated Representatives means the Subordination Agent Representatives, the Trustee Representatives and the Provider Representatives identified under Section 2.5.

  • Designated Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 6(j)(v) of this Agreement.

  • permanent resident means a natural person whose residence in a Party is not limited as to time under its law;

  • Deputy Chair means the Non-Executive Director appointed by the Council of Governors to take on the Chair’s duties if the Chair is absent for any reason

  • Household members means those persons who reside in the same home, who have reciprocal duties to and do provide financial support for one another. This term shall include xxxxxx children and legal wards even if they do not live in the household. The term does not include persons sharing the same general house, when the living style is primarily that of a dormitory or commune;

  • Contracting election officer means an election officer who enters into a contract

  • Nomination Criteria means the criteria made up of the Over-Riding Nomination Criteria andthe Specific Nomination Factors, and is also referred to as “this Criteria”.

  • Registered Representative is defined as a duly registered representative of Broker-Dealer, in good standing, with the authority to sell Contracts as required by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (hereinafter “FINRA”) and who is appointed as a non exclusive agent of the Company and properly licensed and appointed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and the Company’s Licensing, Appointment and Registration policy, as amended from time to time.

  • Authorized Claimant means any Class Member whose claim for recovery has been allowed pursuant to the terms of the Stipulation.

  • First party claimant means an individual, corporation, association, partnership or other legal entity asserting a right to payment under an insurance policy or insurance contract arising out of the occurrence of the contingency or loss covered by such policy or contract;

  • Review Panel means the panel, if any, appointed pursuant toRule 710 to review a completed Investigation Report and to determine whether a reasonable basis exists for finding a violation of the Rules and authorizing the issuance of a notice of charge pursuant to Rule 706.

  • Household member means an adult living in the private residence out of which a program is operated, regardless of whether the adult is living there permanently or temporarily.

  • Non-residential means lands, Buildings or portions thereof used, or designed or intended for other than Residential use, including the non- residential portion of a Live-Work Unit;

  • Lawfully admitted for permanent residence means the status of having been lawfully accorded the privilege of residing permanently in the United States as an immigrant in accordance with the immigration laws, such status not having changed.
