Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.
Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;
Allocation Schedule has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07.
Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.
Shift Schedule means a projection of Employees’ shifts with regard to days worked and days off, including shift starting and terminating times.
Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;
Tariff Schedule means the tariff schedule contained in Annexure B to this Access Arrangement or, if Envestra has published a revised tariff schedule, the tariff schedule in effect from time to time.
Claim Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.4(a).
Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;
Asset Schedule means with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an asset schedule in the form of a computer tape or other electronic medium (including an Excel spreadsheet) generated by Seller and delivered to Buyer and the Custodian, which provides information (including, without limitation, the information set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto) relating to the Purchased Mortgage Loans in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer.
Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered.
Closing Date Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.06(b).
Claims Objection Bar Date means the deadline for objecting to a Claim, which shall be on the date that is the later of (a) 180 days after the Effective Date and (b) such other period of limitation as may be specifically fixed by the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, or by an order of the Bankruptcy Court for objecting to Claims.
Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s) as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer-in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.
Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.
Defect Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.2 of this Agreement.
Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;
Title Defect Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.2(a).
Claim Period means the period of time during which a Settlement Class Member must submit a Claim Form to be eligible to receive a Cash Benefit or Billing Credit Option as part of the Settlement. The Claim Period shall commence not later than thirty (30) days after the Preliminary Approval Date, as defined herein, and shall conclude not more than ninety (90) days after it commences.
Claim Deadline means the last date by which a Claim submitted to the Administrator by a Settlement Class Member for a Claim Settlement Payment must be postmarked, which shall occur no later than fifteen (15) days after the Final Approval Hearing. All Claims postmarked on or before the Claim Deadline shall be timely, and all Claims postmarked after the Claim Deadline shall be untimely and barred from entitlement to any Claim Settlement Payment.
Change Order Request means a written request or proposal for a Change Order submitted by either Company or Contractor and including:
Claim Amount means the amount calculated in accordance with Section 6.2 of this Policy.
Country Limitation Schedule means the schedule published from time to time by Ex-Im Bank setting forth on a country by country basis whether and under what conditions Ex-Im Bank will provide coverage for the financing of export transactions to countries listed therein.
Billing Dispute Notice means a formal, written notice submitted to MultiChoice by the Customer in terms of this Procedure.
Conversion Schedule means the Conversion Schedule in the form of Schedule 1 attached hereto.
Claims Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).
