Claim schedule definition

Claim schedule means a schedule of payment requests prepared and submitted by a state agency to the Controller for payment to the named claimant.
Claim schedule means the schedule of information relating to the sale of the Property Practitioner's Claim to the Discounter, which has been signed by the Property Practitioner and Discounter and which forms part of and is subject to these Terms and Conditions;
Claim schedule shall have the meaning given to such term in the Proof of Policy Claim Form.
