Claim Filing Deadline definition

Claim Filing Deadline means the date by which Settlement Class Members must submit a Claim Form to the Claims Administrator in accordance with this Agreement in order to be eligible to receive a payment, which shall be 40 days after Notice Period
Claim Filing Deadline means sixty (60) days after the Notice Date.
