City=s Cost of Capital definition

City=s Cost of Capital means (a) for City Capital Improvements financed with Airport System Revenue Bonds, the effective interest rate on the Airport System Revenue Bonds used to finance the particular City Capital Improvement and (b) for City Capital Improvements financed with other Airport funds, the current Revenue Bond Index (of 22-year+, "A" rated bonds) published daily in the Wall Street Journal (or successor publication thereto), for the end of the latest month preceding the calculation of the rates and charges, but no later than June 30 of the City=s fiscal year in which the City Capital Improvement is placed in service.
City=s Cost of Capital means the prevailing rate of interest at which the City could borrow money on a tax-exempt basis (with respect to that portion of the Parking Facility that the City could finance on a tax-exempt basis) or a taxable basis (with respect to that portion of the Parking Facility providing spaces dedicated to the Hotel that the City could finance on a taxable basis) to construct the Parking Facility if it financed the construction and development of such facility itself, as certified by the City’s municipal advisor as of the Date of Delivery.

  • Maintenance Capital Expenditure means cash expenditures (including expenditures for the construction of new capital assets or the replacement, improvement or expansion of existing capital assets) by a Group Member made to maintain, over the long term, the operating capacity or operating income of the Partnership Group. For purposes of this definition, “long term” generally refers to a period of not less than twelve months.

  • Operating Profits means, as applied to any Person for any period, the operating income of such Person for such period, as determined in accordance with GAAP.
