Definition of Portion of Capital


Portion of Capital means, with respect to any Purchaser and its related Capital, the portion of such Capital being funded or maintained by such Purchaser by reference to a particular interest rate basis.

In addition, at any time when the Capital of the Purchased Interest is not divided into two or more such portions, "Portion of Capital" means 100% of the Capital.
