Certification Xxxx refers to a protected xxxx, applied or issued under the rules of Product Certification Scheme, indicating that adequate confidence is provided that the relevant product is in conformity with the Product Certification Requirements, Specified Standard, procedures and relevant regulatory provisions.

Certification Xxxx means any xxxx or marks dev eloped, exclusively owned and used by the SPFA in connection with the SPFA and/or the SPFA Professional Certification Program or PCP.

Certification Xxxx means any certification xxxx(s) used, applied for or registered by ABAA in accordance with the provisions of the Trademarks Act of 1946 (or similar or successor legislation) which ABAA expressly confirms in writing to the Contractor Licensee as falling within the definition of Certification Xxxx under this Agreement. The Certification Xxxx collectively includes AIR BARRIER ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA ABAA ACCREDITED (and design), Application No. 85057597, AIR BARRIER ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA ABAA CERTIFIED (and design), Application No. 85058151, and AIR BARRIER ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA ABAA EVALUATED (and design), Application No. 85058746 set forth in Schedule "A" hereto and any subsequent registration thereof, unless ABAA advises the licensee to the contrary.

Examples of Certification Xxxx in a sentence

Upon the termination of this Certification Xxxx License Agreement, (a) Licensee will have no further rights, privileges, or licenses under this Certification Xxxx License Agreement, (b) Licensee will discontinue immediately all use of the Licensed Certification Xxxx and will not use any marks confusingly similar thereto, (c) and Licensee will cooperate generally with OCP to insure that all rights in the Licensed Certification Xxxx and the goodwill connected therewith shall remain the property of OCP.
Licensee shall not challenge or contest, or cause any third party to challenge or contest, OCP’s rights in the Certification Marks, the validity of the Certification Marks, or any registrations therefore, or the validity of this Certification Xxxx License Agreement.
If this Certification Xxxx License Agreement is permissibly assigned pursuant to the Bylaws and the Membership Agreement, it shall be binding on, and shall inure to the benefit of, the parties hereto and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns.
Licensee may not use or reproduce the Licensed Certification Xxxx in any manner other than as described in this Certification Xxxx License Agreement and the OCP Trademark Usage Guidelines.
OCP agrees to grant, and Licensee agrees to accept, a license to use an applicable Certification Xxxx, subject to the terms and conditions herein.

More Definitions of Certification Xxxx

Certification Xxxx means the marks identified on Exhibit A hereto and each variation thereof for which the WiMAX Forum written authorization for use by its Certification Xxxx licensees.

Certification Xxxx means that xxxx(s) and logo(s) attached hereto in Exhibit B, as amended from time to time by OIC, which are released pursuant to Section 4.1.3 of this CTLA.

Certification Xxxx means any trademark(s) or certification xxxx(s) used, applied for or registered by EQI in accordance with the provisions of the Trademarks Act of Canada (or similar or successor legislation) which EQI expressly confirms in writing to the Manufacturer Licensee as falling within the definition of Certification Xxxx under this Agreement. The Certification Xxxx includes "EIFS Quality Assurance Program Inc. & Design", Application No. TMA683,873 set forth in Schedule "A" hereto and any subsequent registration thereof, unless EQI advises the Manufacturer Licensee to the contrary.

Certification Xxxx means the WE ♥ LOCAL certification xxxx, whether registered or not registered, identified in Schedule “A” hereto;

Certification Xxxx means the Azure Certified Device “badge” consisting of a trademark and logo, as included at the top of this Agreement.

Certification Xxxx means any trademark(s) or certification xxxx(s) used, applied for or registered by EQI in accordance with the provisions of the Trademarks Act of Canada (or similar or successor legislation) which EQI expressly confirms, in writing, to the Mechanic Licensee as falling within the definition of Certification Xxxx under this Agreement. The Certification Xxxx includes the "EIFS Quality Assurance Program Inc. & Design", registered under Application No. TMA683,873 and set forth in Schedule "A" to this Agreement and any subsequent registration of the Certification Xxxx, unless EQI advises the Mechanic Licensee to the contrary.

Certification Xxxx means the trademarks or service marks as shown on Attachment C.
