Cenovus Marketing Contracts definition

Cenovus Marketing Contracts means the marketing contracts, transportation contracts and power purchase contracts related to the Separated Businesses as set out in Schedule A (Part 8) and such other Contracts relating to the crude oil, natural gas and NGL marketing transactions entered into by EnCana or any Affiliate of EnCana prior to the Reorganization Time in relation to the Separated Businesses;

Related to Cenovus Marketing Contracts

  • Supply Contracts means contracts having as their object the purchase, lease, rental or hire-purchase, with or without an option to buy, of products. A supply contract may include, as an incidental matter, siting and installation operations;

  • Business Contracts has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01(a)(v).

  • Customer Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b)(ii)(A).

  • Air Transportation Business means the carriage by aircraft of persons or property as a common carrier for compensation or hire, or carriage of cargo or mail by aircraft, in air commerce, as defined in 49 U.S.C. § 40102, as amended.

  • Existing Contracts means the existing licenses and contracts given by the Railway Administration / Authority, in relation to commercial establishments, as existing on Station Development Land, as on the date of the Agreement, and as further set out in the Schedules, which shall, for avoidance of doubt, exclude any licenses and/ or contracts in relation to any Excluded Activities and/or Railway Operational Activities;

  • Project Contracts means collectively this Agreement, the Land Lease Agreement, the Construction Contract, O&M Contracts (if any) and any other material contract (other than the Financing Documents) entered into or may hereafter be entered into by the Concessionaire in connection with the Project;

  • Sub-contracting means the primary contractor’s assigning or leasing or making out work to, or employing another person to support such primary contractor in the execution of part of a project in terms of the contract.

  • Engineering control means the use of substitution, isolation, ventilation, and equipment modification to reduce exposure to SARS-CoV-2 virus and COVID-19 disease related workplace hazards and job tasks.

  • Local Marketing Agreement means, a local marketing agreement, time brokerage agreement or similar arrangement pursuant to which a Person, subject to customary licensee preemption rights and other limitations, obtains the right to exhibit programming and sell advertising time constituting 15% or more of the air time per week of a television broadcast station licensed to another Person.

  • Supply Business means the licensed business of the Licensee and anyaffiliate or related undertaking of the Licensee as a Supplier but shall not include the business carried out by the Board in its capacity as public electricity supplier;

  • IT Contracts means the contracts (whether or not in writing and including those currently being negotiated) under which any third party provides or will provide any element of, or services relating to, the IT Assets, including leasing, hire purchase, licensing, maintenance, website hosting, outsourcing, security, back-up, disaster recovery, insurance, cloud computing and other types of services agreements.

  • Marketing Agreement means an agreement entered into, with the director, by producers, distributors, processors, or handlers pursuant to this act and binding only on those signing the agreement.

  • HSE means the Health and Safety Executive;

  • Sub-Contractors means those persons furnishing labor or materials for the Project pursuant to the Sub- Contracts.

  • Business Licenses has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01(a)(x).

  • exploration licence means an exploration licence under Part 2 of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1990; S. 3(1) def. of "fish" inserted by No. 40/2002 s. 3(a).

  • Existing Contract means a contract that was made before the operative date;
