Examples of CDOR Rate Loans in a sentence
All computations of interest for Base Rate Loans when the Base Rate is determined by the Prime Rate, all computations of interest for Canadian Base Rate Loans and all computations of interest for CDOR Rate Loans shall be made on the basis of a year of 365 or 366 days, as applicable, and actual days elapsed.
Loans made under this Section 2.1 that are denominated in Canadian Dollars shall be CDOR Rate Loans, subject, however, to Sections 2.4(c) and 2.12.
More than one Borrowing may occur on the same date, but at no time shall there be outstanding more than thirty Borrowings of Euro Rate Loans and CDOR Rate Loans in the aggregate.
Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, (i) all Interest Periods applicable to Euro-Dollar Rate Loans, CDOR Rate Loans and Bid Loans shall comply with the definition of “Interest Period,” and (ii) there may be no more than ten different Interest Periods for all Euro-Dollar Rate Loans, CDOR Rate Loans and Bid Loans outstanding at any one time.
Drawdowns of, Conversions into and Rollovers of requested CDOR Rate Loans may only be made upon the Lender’s prior favourable determination with respect to the matters referred to in Section 8.2.
The amount of such loss or expense shall be determined, in the applicable Lender’s sole discretion, based upon the assumption that such Lender funded its Commitment of the Euro Rate Loans in the London interbank market or CDOR Rate Loans in the Canadian Dollar bankers’ acceptances market, as applicable, and using any reasonable attribution or averaging methods which such Lender deems appropriate and practical.
Canadian Loans may be Canadian Prime Rate Loans or CDOR Rate Loans, as further provided herein.
Initial Canadian Term Loans may be Canadian Prime Rate Loans or CDOR Rate Loans, as further provided herein.
Each such notice must be received by the Canadian Lender not later than 11:00 a.m. (i) three Business Days prior to the requested date of any Borrowing of, conversion to or continuation of CDOR Rate Loans or of any conversion of CDOR Rate Loans to Canadian Prime Rate Loans, and (ii) on the requested date of any Borrowing of Canadian Prime Rate Loans.
Interest shall be payable by Borrower to Agent (i) in the case of Canadian Prime Rate Loans and U.S. Base Rate Loans, quarterly in arrears on the last Business Day of each Fiscal Quarter and (ii) in the case of CDOR Rate Loans and Euro Rate Loans, on the last day of each Interest Period (and in the case of an Interest Period of greater than three (3) months, on the last day of each three (3) month period during such Interest Period and on the last day of such Interest Period).
