CDO Fund definition

CDO Fund means ACAS CRE CDO 2007-1, Ltd., a Cayman Islands exempted company with limited liability.
CDO Fund means GSC Partners CDO Fund III, Limited, a Cayman Islands company.
CDO Fund shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.3.
