CCOS has the meaning ascribed to it in Part A of the CCOS Network Code;

  • The Train Operator undertakes to RfL(I) not to seek to recover any Losses by making any claim or commencing any action or proceedings whatsoever against or otherwise seeking payment in respect of any Losses from RfL(I) otherwise than pursuant to Schedule 8 of this Contract or Part G of the CCOS Network Code.
