Examples of CBG Entities in a sentence

  • In addition, to the Knowledge of CBG, all tangible properties used in the businesses of the CBG Entities are in good condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted, and are usable in the ordinary course of business consistent with CBG’s past practices.
