Cashless Roll Letter definition

Cashless Roll Letter means that certain letter agreement dated as of the date hereof by and among the Borrower, Services, Barclays Bank PLC, as agent under the Existing Term Loan Facility, the Agent and the Rollover Lenders signatory thereto.
Cashless Roll Letter means that certain letter agreement regarding the cashless settlement of the Original Term Loans, dated as of April 5, 2016, by and among the Borrower, APLP, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Lending Partners LLC, as administrative agent under the APLP Credit Agreement, and the Administrative Agent.
