Cardroom definition

Cardroom means any building or place where, in return for any fee, charge, compensation, consideration, credit, reward, representation of value or thing of value, a Controlled Game is played, dealt, operated, carried on, conducted, maintained, or exposed for play.
Cardroom means a facility where authorized card games are played for money or anything of value and to which the public is invited to participate in such games and charged a fee for participation by the operator of such facility. Authorized games and cardrooms do not consti- tute casino gaming operations.
Cardroom means any establishment where any card game is played for currency, check, credit or any other thing of value.
