Cardion Agreement definition

Cardion Agreement means that certain Patent License Agreement between Cardion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Diacrin, Inc. dated as of September 30, 2002, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified prior to the date hereof or as permitted pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
