Cardboard Box definition

Cardboard Box means as defined in the recitals hereto.
Cardboard Box is defined as Cardboard Box, LLC.
Cardboard Box or “Box” means a new, unused, pre-assembled leak-proof, forty-two (42) gallon, cardboard box with a new and unused 3-millimeter red liner, both of which are suitable for burning in accordance with all federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations.

For purposes of this definition of "cigarette", 0.09 ounces of "roll-your-own" tobacco shall constitute 1 individual "cigarette".

  • Cemetery merchandise means merchandise described in section 4(1)(k)(i).
