Capital Markets Trustee definition

Capital Markets Trustee has the meaning set out in the LTD DOCA; “Certificate Holder” has the meaning set out in the LTD DOCA;
Capital Markets Trustee means the Convertible Bond Trustee or the Sukuk Trustee;
Capital Markets Trustee means HSBC Bank USA, as Capital Markets Trustee under the Common Security Agreement, or any successor thereto.
