Remarketing Agent means, for any series of Bonds, any Person acting in the capacity of remarketing agent for such Bonds pursuant to a Remarketing Agreement relating to such Bonds.

Remarketing Agent means the remarketing agent appointed by the Company in accordance with Section 408 of the Revenue Bond Indenture and any permitted successor thereto.

• Any such free writing prospectus consented to in writing by the Company or the Remarketing Agent, as the case may be, is hereinafter referred to as a “Permitted Free Writing Prospectus”.

• In the event of a Successful Remarketing of the Remarketed Notes, the Company shall pay the Remarketing Agent a remarketing fee to be agreed upon in writing by the Company and the Remarketing Agent prior to any such Remarketing (the “Remarketing Fee”).

More Definitions of Remarketing Agent

Remarketing Agent means, as to a Remarketing and Remarketing Agreement, the remarketing agent and any successor or replacement remarketing agent appointed by the Depositor.

Remarketing Agent means, with respect to the Series W-7 VRDP Shares, the Person or Persons designated, with the prior written consent of the Liquidity Provider (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld) as Remarketing Agent for such Series of VRDP Shares, initially as set forth in Schedule I to the Fee Agreement, and its or their permitted successors and assigns.

Remarketing Agent means, with respect to the VRDP Shares, the Person or Persons designated as Remarketing Agent for the VRDP Shares with the prior written consent of the Liquidity Provider (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld), initially as set forth in Schedule I hereto, and its or their permitted successors and assigns. The Liquidity Provider’s execution of this Agreement shall constitute its consent to the designation of the Remarketing Agent set forth in Schedule I.

Remarketing Agent has the meaning set forth in the Remarketing Agreement.

Remarketing Agent has the meaning assigned to that term in the Indenture.
