Structuring Agent definition

Structuring Agent means PNC Capital Markets LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company.

Structuring Agent means PNC Capital Markets LLC, in its capacity as structuring agent hereunder or any successor structuring agent.

Structuring Agent has the meaning set forth in the preamble to the Agreement.

• In addition, the Borrower shall pay any and all Other Taxes and agrees to save the Administrative Agent, the Green Loan Structuring Agent, the Paying Agent and each Lender harmless from and against any and all liabilities with respect to or resulting from any delay in paying or omission to pay such Other Taxes.
