CAPEX Account definition

CAPEX Account means the bank account opened in the name of the Owner with the Account Bank and designated “Skopelos CAPEX Account”.
CAPEX Account shall have the meaning specified in Section 1.2 of the Depositary Agreement.
CAPEX Account means the deposit account maintained by the Agent at Citibank in which funds for Capital Expenditures shall be held.

More Definitions of CAPEX Account

CAPEX Account means the account opened and maintained by the Borrower in accordance with clause 19.5 (Capex Account).

  • Expense Reserve Account The trust account established pursuant to Section 10.3(d).

  • Company Matching Account means (i) the sum of all of a Participant's Annual Company Matching Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited in accordance with all the applicable crediting provisions of this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account.

  • Revenue Account means the Revenue Account established pursuant to the Resolution. “Revenues” means the Pledged Receipts and Recoveries of Principal.

  • Interest Account means the Account within the Debt Service Fund so designated and established by Article V hereof.

  • Disbursement Account means, in respect of each Tranche, the bank account set out in the most recent List of Authorised Signatories and Accounts.

  • Pre-Funding Account means the account designated as the Pre-Funding Account in, and which is established and maintained pursuant to Section 7.07.

  • Debt Service Reserve Account shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Depositary Agreement.

  • Controlled Disbursement Account means any accounts of the Borrowers maintained with the Administrative Agent as a zero balance, cash management account pursuant to and under any agreement between a Borrower and the Administrative Agent, as modified and amended from time to time, and through which all disbursements of a Borrower, any other Loan Party and any designated Subsidiary of a Borrower are made and settled on a daily basis with no uninvested balance remaining overnight.

  • Reserve Accounts means the Tax and Insurance Reserve Account, the Leasing Reserve Account or any other escrow account established by the Loan Documents.
