Section 7.6.1. 4 Overtime assignments will be distributed in accordance with the seniority provisions as 5 hereinafter provided. In the assignment of overtime, the District agrees to provide the 6 employee with as much advance notice as practicable in the circumstances. Section 7.6.1. 21 Drivers of handicapped students shall be paid for all directed time spent in the interest of the 22 school district. Employees holding the handicapped positions may be required by the District 23 to take additional training. Such training may include first aid, observation of handicapped 24 classes and/or special handling techniques. Additionally, the first ten (10) days of employment 25 as a driver for the handicapped shall be probationary period.
