Section 7.6.1. 4 Overtime assignments will be distributed in accordance with the seniority provisions as 5 hereinafter provided. In the assignment of overtime, the District agrees to provide the 6 employee with as much advance notice as practicable in the circumstances. Normally, an 7 employee designated to work overtime on days outside the workweek will be advised of the 8 possibility no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the end of the last shift assignment 9 before the overtime commences.
Section 7.6.1. 36 Both parties agree that, due to school closures caused by inclement weather, the classified 37 employees shall suffer no loss of pay because of make-up days being waived by the State of 38 Washington. 39 40 Furthermore, both parties agree that the following options shall be made available to affected 41 employees not required to work during suspended operations/road restrictions:

Section 7.6.1. 47 When a PSE District employee is subbing for food service delivery, they will be paid the food 48 service delivery rate of pay on the first day of substituting based on employees seniority.
Section 7.6.1. 7 During all events where rent is paid at the school building a custodian shall be present and paid 8 on Schedule A.
Section 7.6.1. 23 The Office Professional IV will have the opportunity for input with the building principals in 24 the scheduling of assistants’/office professionals’ work.
Section 7.6.1. 21 Drivers of handicapped students shall be paid for all directed time spent in the interest of the 22 school district. Employees holding the handicapped positions may be required by the District 23 to take additional training. Such training may include first aid, observation of handicapped 24 classes and/or special handling techniques. Additionally, the first ten (10) days of employment 25 as a driver for the handicapped shall be probationary period.
Section 7.6.1. 24 If the employee chooses to take comp time in lieu of wages, comp time is at the rate of one and 25 one-half (1½) hours for each hour worked over forty (40) hours in a week. All comp time must 26 be approved by the supervisor in order to be credited to an employee or used by an employee.
Section 7.6.1. 36 Regular bus drivers shall be given priority in order of seniority for substitute midday and 37 special purpose or shuttle runs that become available. Drivers shall indicate their availability 38 on a day of the week basis. The District shall place a phone call and leave a message at the 39 number indicated by the driver as a contact number before proceeding to the next driver, except 40 in case of an emergency. Emergency shall be defined as students waiting for immediate 41 transportation.
