Canadian Sale Recognition Order definition

Canadian Sale Recognition Order means an Order of the Canadian Court pursuant to the CCAA, among other things, recognizing and giving effect in Canada to the Sale Order.
Canadian Sale Recognition Order means an Order of the Canadian Court pursuant to section 18.6 of the CCAA recognizing the U.S. Sale Order and vesting title to the Canadian Assets in the Canadian Purchaser free and clear of all Liens, except for Permitted Encumbrances, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Purchaser.

  • Promptly, and in any event within five (5) Business Days, following the entry by the Bankruptcy Court of the Sale Order, the Foreign Representative shall file with the Canadian Court a motion seeking approval of the Canadian Sale Recognition Order.

  • Authentication Order has the meaning specified in Section 2.01 hereof.

  • Final Cash Collateral Order means the Final Order of the Bankruptcy Court entered on March 30, 2020, wherein the Bankruptcy Court authorized the Debtors’ continued use of cash collateral subject to certain conditions contained therein.

  • Redemption Order is defined in Section 2.6.

  • Preliminary Approval Order means the proposed Order Granting Preliminary Approval of Class Action Settlement, Approving Form and Manner of Notice, and Setting Date for Hearing on Final Approval of Settlement, which, subject to the approval of the Court, shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
