Canadian Guaranty Agreement definition

Canadian Guaranty Agreement means the “Guaranty Agreement” under the Canadian Credit Agreement.
Canadian Guaranty Agreement means the unconditional guaranty agreement of even date herewith executed by the Canadian ULCs in favor of the Administrative Agent, for the ratable benefit of the Secured Parties, which shall be in form and substance acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Canadian Guaranty Agreement shall have the meaning given to that term in the recitals hereto.

  • Subsidiaries Guaranty shall have the meaning provided in Section 6.10.

  • Canadian Security Agreements means, collectively, those certain Amended and Restated Security Agreements, dated as of the Restatement Date, and those certain deeds of movable hypothec dated on or about the Restatement Date, made by the Canadian Credit Parties party thereto in favor of Agent, on behalf of itself and for the benefit of the Secured Parties, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Company Guaranty means the Company Guaranty made by the Company in favor of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, substantially in the form of Exhibit F.

  • Parent Guaranty means the guaranty of the Parent pursuant to Section 15.
