Loan Guaranty definition

Loan Guaranty means Article X of this Agreement.
Loan Guaranty means the Guaranty Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit I hereto, executed by each Loan Party thereto and the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties, as supplemented in accordance with the terms of Section 5.12 hereof.
Loan Guaranty means Article X of this Agreement and each separate Guarantee, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, as it may be amended or modified and in effect from time to time.
