CAHS definition

CAHS means the health service provider and statutory body corporate known as Child and Adolescent Health Service established as a board governed provider pursuant to section 32 of the Health Services Act;
CAHS means all critical access hospitals owned, leased, managed or operated by a Seller, a Seller Affiliate or any Material Joint Venture Provider Entity, as set forth on Exhibit Q.
CAHS is defined in the introductory paragraph hereof.

Examples of CAHS in a sentence

  • All CAHS replies to the student will be in writing, and copies of the grievance/appeal including all directly related correspondence will be maintained by the Associate Dean.

  • Company Parties means the collective reference to Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries, including the Borrower, and “Company Party” means any one of them.

  • Non-Participating Clinical Professional Counselor means a Clinical Professional Counselor who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • EDS means Electronic Data Systems Corporation, a Delaware corporation, all its direct and indirect subsidiaries, all its affiliated entities, and all its successors and assigns, and the employees, agents, attorneys, officers and directors of each of them.

  • NHS means the National Health Service;

  • Company Representatives shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a).

  • WCA means the Workers Compensation Act (British Columbia) and the regulations thereunder.

  • Participating Clinical Professional Counselor means a Clinical Professional Counselor who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • CHS means Code Xxxxxxxx & Xxxxxxx IV LP, a Delaware limited partnership.

  • Acquirer(s) means the following:

  • BPSS means the recognised standard for HMG for staff vetting which comprises verification of (1) identity, (2) employment history, (3) nationality and immigration status (including the right to work), and Criminal Records Bureau check (including a five (5) year address history check).

  • SDS means safety data sheets;

  • CEMS means continuous emissions monitoring system.

  • Alliance means the Public Service Alliance of Canada;

  • CMS means the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

  • Principals or Key Personnel means and refers to those principals and key personnel of the Contractor, and its or their agents, as described in C.G.S. §§ 4-250(5) and 4-252(c)(1)(B) and (C).

  • HCBS means home- and community-based services.

  • DTS means Days to Settlement, i.e., the number of actual days elapsed from and including the original Closing Day with respect to such Accepted Note (in the case of the first such payment with respect to such Accepted Note) or from and including the date of the next preceding payment (in the case of any subsequent delayed delivery fee payment with respect to such Accepted Note) to but excluding the date of such payment; and "PA" means Principal Amount, i.e., the principal amount of the Accepted Note for which such calculation is being made. In no case shall the Delayed Delivery Fee be less than zero. Nothing contained herein shall obligate any Purchaser to purchase any Accepted Note on any day other than the Closing Day for such Accepted Note, as the same may be rescheduled from time to time in compliance with paragraph 2B(7).

  • MTS means the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System, a public agency created pursuant to Public Utilities Code Section 120050 et seq.

  • THC means tetrahydrocannabinol.

  • Forest means an area of land defined by the minimum values for area size, tree crown cover or an equivalent stocking level, and potential tree height at maturity at the place of growth of the trees as specified for each Member State in Annex II. It includes areas with trees, including groups of growing, young, natural trees, or plantations that have yet to reach the minimum values for tree crown cover or an equivalent stocking level or minimum tree height as specified in Annex II, including any area that normally forms part of the forest area but on which there are temporarily no trees as a result of human intervention, such as harvesting, or as a result of natural causes, but which area can be expected to revert to forest;

  • Ecology means the Washington state department of ecology.

  • CTS means the market rules that allow transactions to be scheduled based on a bidder’s willingness to purchase energy from a source in either the NYISO or PJM Control Area and sell it at a sink in the other Control Area if the forecasted price at the sink minus the forecasted price at the corresponding source is greater than or equal to the dollar value specified in the bid.
