If Escrow Agent does receive a timely Seller’s Objection Notice, Escrow Agent shall release the Deposit or applicable portion thereof only upon receipt of, and in accordance with, written instructions signed by Seller and Buyer, or the final order of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • If Buyer does not timely receive the Lead-Based Paint Disclosure, Buyer may waive the failure to timely 532 receive the Lead-Based Paint Disclosure, or Buyer may exercise Buyer’s Right to Terminate under § 25.1 by Seller’s receipt of 533 Buyer’s Notice to Terminate on or before the expiration of the Lead-Based Paint Termination Deadline.
