BSI Parent definition

BSI Parent as defined in the preamble of this Agreement, including its successors and permitted assigns.

  • Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to be, nor shall it be deemed to be, an admission of liability to anyone or an admission of the existence of facts upon which liability could be based other than to HI, BSI and BSI Parent pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • lone parent means a person who has no partner and who is responsible for and a member of the same household as a child or young person;

  • Parent means a “parent corporation,” whether now or hereafter existing, as defined in Section 424(e) of the Code.

  • Parent Companies means, collectively, (i) Charter, (ii) Charter Holdings, (iii) Charter Communications Holding Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and (iv) CCH II.

  • Intermediate Parent means any Subsidiary of Holdings and of which the Borrower is a subsidiary.

  • Ultimate Parent Company means a company which owns at least twenty six percent (26%) equity in the Bidding Company or Member of a Consortium, (as the case may be) and in the Technically Evaluated Entity and/or Financially Evaluated Entity (as the case may be) and such Bidding Company or Member of a Consortium, (as the case may be) and the Technically Evaluated Entity and/or Financially Evaluated Entity (as the case may be) shall be under the direct control or indirectly under the common control of such company;

  • Parent Subsidiary means any Subsidiary of Parent.

  • Intermediate Holding Company means any Subsidiary of Holdings (of which Holdings, directly or indirectly, owns 100% of the issued and outstanding Equity Interests) that, directly or indirectly, owns 100% of the issued and outstanding Equity Interests of the Lead Borrower.

  • Holdings as defined in the preamble hereto.

  • Birth parent means the child's biological parent and, for purposes of adoptive placement, means

  • Parent Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries of Parent.
