British Columbia Class Members definition

British Columbia Class Members means all persons resident in British Columbia who were or are mortgagors under mortgages issued by CIBC Mortgages Inc. as mortgagee, who prepaid part or all of the principal amounts secured by those mortgages from January 1, 2005 onward, and who have not opted out in accordance with the Opt-Out Procedure;
