L/C Facility means the letter of credit facility established pursuant to Article III.
Onshore facility means any facility any part of which is located in, on, or under any land of the state, other than submerged land, that because of its location, could reasonably be expected to cause substantial harm to the environment by discharging oil into or on the navigable waters of the state or the adjoining shorelines.
Replacement Revolving Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.02(c)(ii).
Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.
Bank Facility means any credit agreement, including the Credit Agreement dated June 28, 2012 among Bank of America, N.A., Equinix, Inc. and the guarantors party thereto, as amended, together with the related documents thereto (including, without limitation, any guarantee agreements and security documents), in each case as such agreements may be amended (including any amendment and restatement thereof), supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, including one or more credit agreements, loan agreements or similar agreements or indentures extending the maturity of, refinancing, replacing or otherwise restructuring (including increasing the amount of available borrowings thereunder or adding Restricted Subsidiaries of the Company as additional borrowers or guarantors thereunder) all or any portion of the Indebtedness under such agreement or agreements or any successor or replacement agreement or agreements and whether by the same or any other agent, holders, lender or group of lenders.
Facility Limit means $250,000,000 as reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.02(e). References to the unused portion of the Facility Limit shall mean, at any time of determination, an amount equal to (x) the Facility Limit at such time, minus (y) the Aggregate Capital at such time.
Offshore facility ’ means any facility of any kind located in, on, or under any of the navigable waters of the United States, and any facility of any kind which is subject to the ju- risdiction of the United States and is located in, on, or under any other waters, other than a vessel or a public vessel;
Available Facility means, in relation to a Facility, the aggregate for the time being of each Lender’s Available Commitment in respect of that Facility.
Off-site facility means a structural BMP located outside the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.
Facility Production Limit means the production limit placed on the main product(s) or raw materials used by the Facility that represents the design capacity of the Facility and assists in the definition of the operations approved by the Director.
Revolving Facility means the facility under which Borrower may request Bank to issue Advances, as specified in Section 2.1(a) hereof.
On-site facility means a structural BMP located within the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.
Swingline Facility means the swingline facility established pursuant to Section 2.2.
Replacement Revolving Facility Commitments shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(l).
Revolving Facilities means collectively the Initial Revolving Facility and each New Revolving Facility and “Revolving Facility” means any such facility individually.
Loan Facility means the Revolving Loan Facility, the Transaction Specific Loan Facility or the Transaction Specific Revolving Loan Facility established by Lender in favor of Borrower under the Loan Documents.
Term Loan Facilities means the Term Loan A Facility and the Term Loan B Facility.
Bank Facilities means any overdraft limits or credit facility available to you and their associated terms;
Eligible facility means any hospital, skilled nursing facility, intermediate care facility, or basic care facility licensed by the state department of health, or any assisted living facility licensed by the department of human services; and
Infrastructure facility means a building; structure; or networks of buildings, structures, pipes, controls, and equipment, or portion thereof, that provide transportation, utilities, public education, or public safety services. Included are government office buildings; public schools; courthouses; jails; prisons; water treatment plants, distribution systems, and pumping stations; wastewater treatment plants, collection systems, and pumping stations; solid waste disposal plants, incinerators, landfills, and related facilities; public roads and streets; highways; public parking facilities; public transportation systems, terminals, and rolling stock; rail, air, and water port structures, terminals, and equipment.
Initial Revolving Facility means the Initial Revolving Credit Commitments and the Initial Revolving Loans and other extensions of credit thereunder.
Replacement Revolving Facility Effective Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(l).
Available Facility Amount is defined in Section 2.2(a).
Swing Line Facility means the revolving credit facility made available by the Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.04.
Triage facility means a short-term facility or a portion
Incremental Revolving Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22(a).
