Brand or Branding definition

Brand or Branding means brand or branding as defined in Part 128 of this Title.
Brand or Branding means the name, entity name, or doing business as name, registered trademark, logo, symbol, motto, selling message, recognizable pattern of colors, or any other identifiable marker that identifies one adult-use cannabis licensee or adult-use cannabis licensee’s cannabis products as distinct from those cannabis products of other adult-use cannabis licensees and is used in, among other things, any packaging, labeling, advertising or marketing.
Brand or Branding means the name, entity name, or doing business as name, registered trademark, logo, symbol, motto, selling message, recognizable pattern of colors, or any other identifiable marker that identifies one (1) medical cannabis registrant or medical cannabis registrant’s medical cannabis products as distinct from those cannabis products of other medical cannabis registrants or adult-use cannabis licensees and is used in, among other things, any packaging, labeling, advertising or marketing.

  • Product brand name means the name of the product exactly as it appears on the principal display panel of the product.

  • Brand name or “trade name” means a brand name or a trade name, whether registered or not, that is to say, a name or a mark, such as symbol, monogram, logo, label, signature, or invented word or writing which is used in relation to such specified services for the purpose of indicating, or so as to indicate a connection in the course of trade between such specified services and some person using such name or mark with or without any indication of the identity of that person;

  • Branding means trademarks, service marks, domain names, logos, links, navigation and other indicators of origin.

  • Brand means the brand name set forth in the Addendum.

  • Distributor branch means a branch office similarly maintained by a distributor for the same purposes a factory branch is maintained.

  • Licensed Marks means the Localized Game Marks and such other trademarks expressly authorized in writing by Shengqu to be used by the Licensees.

  • Subfranchisor means a person who is granted a master franchise.

  • Bingo means a specific game of chance played with (i) individual cards having randomly numbered

  • Product Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 9.5.

  • Brand Features means the trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features of each party, respectively, as secured by such party from time to time.

  • Proprietary Marks shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 24.01.

  • Kiosk means a department in a RIME Store.

  • Retail outlet means any establishment at which consumer products are sold, supplied, or offered for sale directly to consumers.

  • Trade Dress means the print, style, font, color, graphics, labels, packaging and other elements of trade dress (including Bottle Designs or other Container designs) that are (a) used on or in connection with Products as of the date hereof (including the Bottle Designs as of the date hereof for Corona, Negra Modelo and Modelo Especial), or (b) permitted pursuant to this Agreement after the date hereof to be used in connection with the marketing, merchandising, promotion, advertisement, licensing, distribution and sale of Products in the Territory.

  • Franchisor means a person who grants a franchise or master franchise, or an affiliate of such a person. Franchisor includes a subfranchisor with regard to its relationship with a franchisee, unless stated otherwise in this section.

  • Liquor store means a retailer, as defined in section 111 of the Michigan liquor control code of 1998, 1998 PA 58, MCL 436.1111, that is exclusively or primarily engaged in the sale of alcoholic liquor. The term does not include a retailer that is a retail food store.

  • Full-service restaurant license means a license issued in accordance with

  • Licensed User means an employee, contractor or agent of Client who is authorized by Client to access and use the Licensed Software, to whom a password and user ID has been issued by Client and whose access to the Licensed Software has not been terminated, suspended or surrendered.

  • Franchisee means a person to whom a franchise is granted. Franchisee includes the following:

  • Brand Name Drug means a Prescription Drug that has been given a name by a manufacturer or distributor to distinguish it as produced or sold by a specific manufacturer or distributor and may be used and protected by a trademark.

  • Retail marijuana store means an entity licensed to purchase Retail Marijuana from a Retail Marijuana Cultivation Facility and to purchase Retail Marijuana Product from a Retail Marijuana Products Manufacturing Facility and to sell Retail Marijuana and Retail Marijuana Product to consumers.

  • Brand family means all styles of Cigarettes sold under the same trade mark and differentiated from one another by means of additional modifiers or descriptors, including, but not limited to, “menthol,” “lights,” “kings,” and “100s,” and includes any brand name (alone or in conjunction with any other word), trademark, logo, symbol, motto, selling message, recognizable pattern of colors, or any other indicia of product identification identical or similar to, or identifiable with, a previously known brand of Cigarettes.

  • Proprietary mark or “brand” means the mark or brand of a product which is owned by an industrial firm;

  • Common Channel Signaling (“CCS”) is a method of digitally transmitting call set-up and network control data over a digital signaling network fully separate from the public switched telephone network that carries the actual call.

  • Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.
