Bond Payment Fund definition

Bond Payment Fund means the fund by that name established pursuant to Section 3.02.
Bond Payment Fund means the fund by that name established in the Indenture.
Bond Payment Fund means the fund of that name established pursuant to Section 2.4 and used by the Trustee or Paying Agent to pay the principal and interest on any Security when due.
