Agent Payment Account definition

Agent Payment Account means account no. 5000000030266 of Agent at Wachovia Bank, National Association, or such other account of Agent as Agent may from time to time designate to Administrative Borrower as the Agent Payment Account for purposes of this Agreement and the other Financing Agreements.

Agent Payment Account means the account of the Administrative Agent set forth on Schedule 9.01(b) or such other account of the Administrative Agent as the Administrative Agent may from time to time designate to the Borrower as the Agent Payment Account for purposes of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

Agent Payment Account means the bank account of Agent as Agent may from time to time designate for wiring or otherwise transferring, in immediately available funds, the items received for deposit in, and the funds from time to time on deposit in, the Blocked Accounts.

Examples of Agent Payment Account in a sentence

• Such payments in respect of the Obligations and cash collateral shall be remitted by wire transfer in Federal funds to the Agent Payment Account or such other bank account of Agent, as Agent may, in its discretion, designate in writing to Administrative Borrower for such purpose.

• Interest shall be due until and including the next Business Day, if the amounts so paid by Borrowers to the Agent Payment Account or other bank account designated by Agent are received in such bank account later than 12:00 noon, New York City time.

More Definitions of Agent Payment Account

Agent Payment Account means an account at a bank designated by Agent from time to time as the account into which Borrowers shall make all payments to Agent for the benefit of Agent and Lenders under this Agreement and the other Financing Agreements.

Agent Payment Account means such bank account of Collateral Agent as Collateral Agent may from time to time specify for purposes of receiving payments in respect of the Obligations.

Agent Payment Account means the account of the Agent set forth on Schedule 10.02.

Agent Payment Account means that certain account of Agent, account number xxxx in the name of Agent at Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas in New York, New York (ABA No. xxx) or such other account as Agent may from time to time designate to Administrative Borrower as Agent Payment Account for purposes of this Agreement and the other Financing Agreements.

Agent Payment Account means the Deposit Account of Agent identified on Schedule A-1.
