Bond Debt Service Accounts definition

Bond Debt Service Accounts means the Senior Bonds Debt Service Account and the Junior Bonds Debt Service Account, collectively.
Bond Debt Service Accounts means collectively (a) the Debt Service Accounts established pursuant to the Existing Indenture for any series of Existing Bonds and (b) any subsequent debt service account (that is, any account into which the Authority pays monthly debt service payments that are accumulated and ultimately used by the Trustee to pay semi-annual interest payments and annual principal payments or redemptions with respect to any subsequent Bonds.)
Bond Debt Service Accounts means, collectively, the Senior Bonds Debt Service Account and the Junior Bonds Debt Service Account.

  • The Trustee shall apply amounts in the Junior Bond Debt Service Accounts and the Junior Bond Debt Reserve Accounts as required by, and in the priority established by, any Supplemental Indenture authorizing Junior Bonds.

  • Debt Service Account means the Debt Service Account for General Obligation Temporary Notes, Series 2017-1 (within the Bond and Interest Fund) created pursuant to Section 501 hereof.

  • Operating Account means a demand deposit account maintained at the Funding Bank in Borrower's name and designated for funding that portion of each Eligible Loan not funded by a Warehousing Advance made against that Eligible Loan and for returning any excess payment from an Investor for a Pledged Loan or Pledged Security.

  • Collection Account Bank means any of the banks or other financial institutions holding one or more Collection Accounts.

  • Collection Account Control Agreement means that certain Collection Account Control Agreement, to be entered into by and among the Borrower, the Lender and Bank, with respect to the Collection Account, in form and substance acceptable to the Lender and the Borrower, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
