Board and care facilities means licensed or unlicensed facilities that provide assistance with one or more of the following activities:

  • PREVENTIVE CARE SERVICES means covered healthcare services performed to prevent the occurrence of disease as defined by the Affordable Care Act (ACA).   • Residential care facility means an institution, residence, or facility that is licensed by the department of mental health under section 5119.22 of the Revised Code and that provides care for a child.

  • Healthcare Facility means that portion of the Project operated on the Land as a Nursing Home, Intermediate Care Facility, Board and Care Home, Assisted Living Facility, and/or any other healthcare facility authorized to receive mortgage insurance pursuant to Section 232 of the National Housing Act, as amended, including any commercial space included in the facility.

  • Medical marijuana dispensary means the location from which a registered cardholder may obtain
