Biofene Development Project Extension Agreement definition

Biofene Development Project Extension Agreement means a written contract between TOTAL and AMYRIS, entered into pursuant to the EU Diesel Fuel License Agreement, under which TOTAL and AMYRIS extend the term of the Biofene Development Project beyond July 31, 2016 to set forth the Strain engineering and other activities AMYRIS will perform during such extension period, and the payments TOTAL will make to AMYRIS for AMYRIS’s Biofene Development Project-related activities during this extension period.
