BioChem definition

BioChem means BioChem Pharma Inc., a corporation existing under the laws of Canada.
BioChem. (BIOCHEM) means BioChem Pharma Inc. and its successors or assigns, including any person resulting from the amalgamation of BioChem Pharma Inc. with any other person.

  • Prior to BIOCHEM making any royalty or milestone payments to SP under this SECTION 3.3(B), BIOCHEM shall first be entitled to reimbursement in full for the clinical development costs it has expended.

  • In the first paragraph, the words "BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. ("LENDER") is" shall be deleted and replaced with the words "BIOCHEM PHARMA INC.
