Big Six Accounting Firm means any of Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx & Co., KPMG Peat Marwick, Coopers & Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx & Young, Deloitte & Touche and Price Waterhouse or any of their respective successors.
Big Six Accounting Firm means one of KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers, EY (Ernst & Young), Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, BDO or Indian affiliates of any of the aforesaid firms, and their respective successors.
