The Authority shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the conduct of each Audit does not unreasonably disrupt the Supplier or delay the provision of the Services pursuant to the Call Off Contracts, save insofar as the Supplier accepts and acknowledges that control over the conduct of Audits carried out by the Auditors is outside of the control of the Authority.
The Annual Report shall include the balance sheet and profit and loss account duly audited by the Auditors and the Directors' Report and the Auditors' Report as provided for in Article 29(c) and shall be in a form approved by the Central Bank and shall contain such information required by it.
Notice of every general meeting shall be given to the Auditors and to all members other than such as, under the provisions hereof or the terms of issue of the shares they hold, are not entitled to receive such notice from the Company.
