Bidders Lists definition

Bidders Lists means lists maintained by the Purchasing Agent containing the names and addresses of suppliers of various goods and services from whom bids, proposals, and quotations may be solicited.
Bidders Lists means lists maintained by the University Purchasing Agent and the State purchasing agent containing the names and addresses of Vendors of various Supplies and Services from whom Bids, proposals, and quotations may be solicited.

  • Customer List means a list in electronic form (or such other form determined by ActewAGL) which sets out the following items for a Volume Customer Delivery Point:

  • Schedule 2 means Schedule 2 of this Licence unless otherwise stated;

  • Part III means Tariff, Part III, sections 28 through 35 pertaining to Network Integration Transmission Service in conjunction with the applicable Common Service Provisions of Tariff, Part I and appropriate Schedules and Attachments. Part IV:
