OFAC Lists means, collectively, the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List maintained by OFAC pursuant to Executive Order No. 13224, 66 Fed. Reg. 49079 (Sept. 25, 2001) and/or any other list of terrorists or other restricted Persons maintained pursuant to any of the rules and regulations of OFAC or pursuant to any other applicable Executive Orders.
OFAC Lists means, collectively, the List of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked persons maintained by OFAC, as amended from time to time, or any similar lists issued by OFAC.
OFAC Lists means, collectively, the SDN List and/or any other list of terrorists or other restricted Persons maintained pursuant to any of the rules and regulations of OFAC or pursuant to any other applicable executive orders.
Examples of OFAC Lists in a sentence
No Credit Party will, or will permit any Subsidiary to, directly or indirectly, knowingly enter into any contracts or agreements or otherwise engage in transactions directly or indirectly with or related to any Blocked Person or any Person listed on the OFAC Lists or any Sanctioned Country.
Immediate notice if any Loan Party or any Controlled Entity has knowledge that any Loan Party, or any Controlled Entity or Affiliate of any Loan Party or Controlled Entity, is listed on the OFAC Lists or (a) is convicted on, (b) pleads nolo contendere to, (c) is indicted on, or (d) is arraigned and held over on charges involving money laundering or predicate crimes to money laundering.
