OFAC Lists definition
OFAC Lists means, collectively, the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List maintained by OFAC pursuant to Executive Order No. 13224, 66 Fed. Reg. 49079 (Sept. 25, 2001) and/or any other list of terrorists or other restricted Persons maintained pursuant to any of the rules and regulations of OFAC or pursuant to any other applicable Executive Orders.
OFAC Lists means, collectively, the List of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked persons maintained by OFAC, as amended from time to time, or any similar lists issued by OFAC.

Immediate notice if any MCC Entity has actual knowledge that any MCC Entity, or any Affiliate of any MCC Entity, is listed on the OFAC Lists or (i) is convicted on, (ii) pleads nolo contendere to, (iii) is indicted on, or (iv) is arraigned and held over on charges involving money laundering or predicate crimes to money laundering.

OFAC Lists means, collectively, the SDN List and/or any other list of terrorists or other restricted Persons maintained pursuant to any of the rules and regulations of OFAC or pursuant to any other applicable executive orders.
OFAC Lists has the meaning specified in Section 3.14.
