Base Roll definition

Base Roll means the roll prepared by the Secretary of the Interior pursuant to Section 8 of the Act of June 19, 1935 (49 Stat. 388), as amended
Base Roll means the roll of Tlingit or Haida people who were legal residents of the Territory of Alaska and/or Canada on June 19, 1935, or prior thereto, prepared by the Secretary of the Interior pursuant to Section 8 of the Act of June 19, 1935 (49 Stat. 388) as amended by the Act of August 19, 1965 (79 Stat. 543).
Base Roll means those persons whose names appear on the official census roll of the Suquamish Tribe as of January 1, 1942.

More Definitions of Base Roll

Base Roll means the Base Roll as defined in the Band’s Articles of Association as amended on November 19, 2016 and shall be used for all official enrollment purposes.
Base Roll means the annuity roll of April 14, 1941, as corrected by the Tribal Executive Committee and ratified by the Tribal Delegates, which is also designated as the official Tribal roll for purposes of determining membership in the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe.

  • Building Plans mean the general building plans and specifications in respect of the Development or in respect of any part or parts of the Development prepared by the Authorized Person and approved by the Building Authority and include any approved amendments thereto;

  • Annual Work Plan means any of the Annual Work Plans.

  • Air-to-ground radiotelephone service means a radio service, as that term is defined in 47 CFR 22.99, in which common carriers are authorized to offer and provide radio telecommunications service for hire to subscribers in aircraft.

  • Individual PAGA Payment means the Aggrieved Employee’s pro rata share of 25% of the PAGA Penalties calculated according to the number of Workweeks worked during the PAGA Period.
