Barrieri means Barrier Level x Ki (initial).
Barrieri means Barrier Level x Ki (initial) [(Ki (initial) as defined in C.19)].][In the case of Worst-of Express Plus Securities linked to a basket of shares or depository receipts with continuous barrier observation, the following applies:

  • If the Securities did not expire early in accordance with paragraph (a) and if on any Observation Date(i), which is not also the Expiration Date, the Price of all Underlyings(i) is equal to or higher than the respective Barrier(i) and at the same time the Price of at least one Underlying(i) is lower than the respective Strike(i) the Securityholder is entitled to receive an Additional Amount (the “Additional Amount”) which is equal to the Nominal Amount multiplied by the Payout Factor2.

  • If on any of the Observation Dates(k=1) to (k=59) the Price of at least one Underlying(i) is lower than the respective Barrier(i), the Securityholder is not entitled to receive an Additional Amount(k=1) to (k=59) (§ 1 (2)) in relation to the relevant Observation Date(k=1) to (k=59).

  • If the Securities did not expire early in accordance with paragraph (b) and if on any of the Observation Dates(k=12) to (k=59) the Price of all Underlyings(i) is equal to or higher than the respective Barrier(i) and at the same time the Price of at least one Underlying(i) is lower than the respective Strike(i), the Securityholder is entitled to receive the relevant Additional Amount(k=12) to (k=59) (§ 1 (2)) in relation to the relevant Observation Date(k=12) to (k=59).

  • If the Securities did not expire early in accordance with paragraph (a) and if on any of the Observation Dates, which is not also the Expiration Date, the Price of all Underlyings(i) is equal to or higher than the respective Barrier(i) and at the same time the Price of at least one Underlying(i) is lower than the respective Strike(i), the Securityholder is entitled to receive the Additional Amount(k) (§ 1 (2)) in relation to the relevant Observation Date(k).

  • If on any of the Observation Dates(k=1) to (k=19) the Price of at least one Underlying(i) is lower than the respective Barrier(i), the Securityholder is not entitled to receive an Additional Amount(k=1) to (k=19) (§ 1 (2)) in relation to the relevant Observation Date(k=1) to (k=19).
