Bank Service definition

Bank Service or “Bank Product” shall mean products, services, as well as other activities or any of them, which the Bank provides to Clients, and unless otherwise implied by the contents of the particular provision, the term also includes the Investment Services.
Bank Service means service as an employee of the Bank from the commencement date of employment by the Bank.

Bank Service means the service operated by Dext which enables You to extract bank statements and/or to obtain a feed ofYour bank account data from a Connected Bank. “Bank Service Feature Authorised Partner” means the authorised third party (authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK or any equivalentregulator in other jurisdictions) We use to access Your account with a Connected Bank in order to provide the “Bank Service” feature. “Supported Bank” means those banks, as may be added to or varied from time to time, from which the Service is capable of fetching bank statements and/or obtaining a feed of Your bank account data.   • Qualified Bank means a bank, trust company, corporation or national banking association organized and doing business under the laws of the United States or any State of the United States that is authorized under those laws to exercise corporate trust powers and that (i) is a DTC Participant or a participant in such other Depository as is then acting with respect to the Shares; (ii) unless counsel to the Sponsor, the appointment of which is acceptable to the Trustee, determines that the following requirement is not necessary for the exception under Section 408(m) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”), to apply, is a banking institution as defined in Section 408(n) of the Code and (iii) had, as of the date of its most recent annual financial statements, an aggregate capital, surplus and undivided profits of at least $150,000,000.

  • Bank Product Reserves means such reserves as the Agent from time to time determines in its Permitted Discretion as being appropriate to reflect the liabilities and obligations of the Loan Parties with respect to Bank Products then provided or outstanding.

  • Bank Product Collateralization means providing cash collateral (pursuant to documentation reasonably satisfactory to Agent) to be held by Agent for the benefit of the Bank Product Providers (other than the Hedge Providers) in an amount determined by Agent as sufficient to satisfy the reasonably estimated credit exposure, operational risk or processing risk with respect to the then existing Bank Product Obligations (other than Hedge Obligations).

  • Eligible Bank means a bank or trust company (i) that is organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America or Canada, or any state, territory, province or possession thereof, (ii) that, as of the time of the making or acquisition of an Investment in such bank or trust company, has combined capital and surplus in excess of $500.0 million and (iii) the senior Debt of which is rated at least “A-2” by Moody’s or at least “A” by S&P.

  • Bank Credit Facility means any credit agreement or working capital facility among the Company and/or its Subsidiaries and one or more lenders, as such credit agreement or working capital facility may be amended, renewed, extended, substituted, refinanced, restructured, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified (including with other lenders) from time to time, regardless of whether any other credit agreement or working capital facility or any portion thereof was outstanding or in effect at the time of such amendment, renewal, extension, substitution, refinancing, restructuring, replacement, supplement or modification.

  • Eligible Accounts are Accounts which arise in the ordinary course of Borrower’s business that meet all Borrower’s representations and warranties in Section 5.3. Bank reserves the right at any time and from time to time after the Effective Date, to adjust any of the criteria set forth below and to establish new criteria in its good faith business judgment.   • Bank Affiliate means an Affiliate of the Bank and any other entity or platform initiated, managed or advised by the Bank.

  • Approved Bank shall have the meaning set forth in the definition of “Cash Equivalents.”
